The Swedish duo That Secret (Anna Öberg and Patrik Ganebratt) have released a song titled “Nad Radugoj" (song title is in Russian, meaning "Over the Rainbow") as a protest against Putin’s anti-gay laws.
"Patrik is active within the LGBTQ community and we often discuss these topics. We were very upset when Pussy Riot were imprisoned and how the anti-gay law discriminates people. The fact that pro-gay symbols and public displays of affection between gay couples could be considered criminal is appalling. We hope that our song can assist with a strong sense of community for everyone who fights for the right and freedom to love whoever you want.", says Anna.
We’re trying to start a Thunderclap.
"Thunderclap is the first crowd-speaking platform that helps people be heard by saying something together. If enough people support it, Thunderclap will blast out a timed Facebook Post or Tweet from all your supporters, creating a wave of attention."
If we can get 250 clicks on this link -> https://www.thunderclap.it/projects/8054-fuckyouputin <- we can reach out to millions of people.
It just takes two clicks, but it can change so much.
Well if you hesitate, or even if you’re absolutely sure about your opinions, we recommend that you check this out.
This is what’s happening in Russia right now. Capturing and humiliating of people, only because of who they love.
We must warn sensitive people for strong material.
